Hi there!
I’m in Japan now, hanging out with my family for the first time in 2 years. Thought to drop a line and say quick hello.
The flights were on time, but I got airsick for the first time in my life because last several hours of the 13 1/2hour-flight stayed in turbulence…
Past few days have been packed with actions, including visit to my Grandparents in mountains and my best friend’s wedding! I managed to forget to take my camera to my friend’s wedding, which was just unbelievable (or not), but it was a wonderfully sweet wedding. I am very happy for my best girl for finding the one, and she looked stunning in both Shiro-muku & the gown.
Ok. I gotta get back to prepping for the arts/crafts event I’m joining next week! If you happen to be in Tokyo from April 24 to May 6, stop by at Ozone Craft Marketin Shinjuku! (I’ll be there from April 28 to May 2!)
Hello there.
Friday was my last day at work before I take off to Japan. They were so sweet to send me off with a very nice card and gift(s). The more I think about it, the more I realize that I really enjoyed being there. Even though I am very happy that I can go home to see my family and join the very first arts/crafts event in Japan, I’ll also miss working there.
Saturday was also our last day for the beekeeping class that we attend together. I have to say that I enjoyed it very much. Since we couldn’t get ready quickly enough, we’ll start our hives next year.

Our yard is filled with all the young leaves and sweet blossoms now. It is really nice to sit outside and watch the sun goes down. I hope there will be some of this spring left when I get back from Japan…
